Global Diners specialises in last-minute and short-notice private jet catering, available 24/7 worldwide. We handle same-day orders, diverted legs, added passengers and menu changes an hour before departure. Our network of kitchens and handlers lets us source, prepare and deliver galley-ready under real time pressure, with a reply in under ten minutes.

Same-day and short-notice, worldwide

A late slot, a schedule that moved, a passenger added at the FBO: short notice is normal in private aviation, so we built for it. Across 2,500+ airports we can mobilise local kitchens and handlers fast and still deliver catering that looks and tastes considered, not thrown together.

How we deliver under time pressure

Speed comes from the network and the process. One coordinator owns your order and works every lever at once: nearby kitchens, local sourcing, the FBO handover and the clock. You get a realistic answer immediately on what's possible in the time available, then live updates until the food is on the aircraft, no chasing.

Diversions, AOG and schedule changes

When a flight diverts or goes AOG, catering is the last thing a crew should have to solve. Give us the new airport and timing and we re-plan the order into the new location, coordinate with the handler there and keep the standard intact. Schedule slips and slot changes are handled the same way, with a new delivery time confirmed straight away.

Reply in under 10 minutes

Reach us by order form, email or WhatsApp and our 24/7 team responds in under ten minutes: not an auto-acknowledgement, a real answer on availability and timing. In a time-critical turnaround, fast and honest beats everything, so if something cannot be done in the time available, we tell you and offer the best alternative.

Empty-leg and repositioning catering

Empty-leg and repositioning flights are often confirmed at the last minute, and catering is easy to overlook. We handle them like any other short-notice order: tell us the passengers, timing and airport, and we deliver galley-ready, even with very little notice. For brokers and operators selling empty legs, every passenger gets the expected standard, however late the booking.
