Côte d'Azur Private Jet Destinations: Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Èze with Inflight Catering
Côte d'Azur private jet destinations stretch along one of the most celebrated coastlines in the world, from the harbour of Saint-Tropez to the Principality of Monaco. Most journeys begin or end at Nice (LFMN / NCE), the region's main business aviation gateway, while Cannes (LFMD / CEQ) and Saint-Tropez La Môle (LFTZ / LTT) bring guests even closer to Cannes and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Wherever guests are heading on the coast, the flight is part of the stay. Global Diners prepares inflight catering from its own production kitchen in Nice, with planeside delivery, and works from kitchens in Paris (Le Bourget) and Madrid and from kitchens serving more than 2,500 airports worldwide, so every leg to and from the Riviera is catered with the same care.

One coast, many destinations
The Côte d'Azur is compact but remarkably varied. Within a short drive of each other lie a sovereign city-state, medieval hilltop villages, film-festival boulevards, art-filled towns and some of the Mediterranean's most famous beaches. Choosing the right airport and planning catering around the stay makes the whole journey feel effortless.

Nice: the capital of the Riviera
Nice is a destination in its own right, not only a gateway. The Promenade des Anglais, the old town with its Cours Saleya market, the Matisse and Chagall museums and the colourful port make it one of the most enjoyable cities on the Mediterranean. Guests staying in town are minutes from the airport, which makes short city breaks and business meetings especially easy to organise.
Nice also sets the tone for catering on the whole coast. Our own production kitchen there prepares dishes that reflect the region's cuisine, from vegetable starters and Mediterranean fish to citrus desserts, delivered planeside, directly to the aircraft.
Monaco: the Principality by air
Monaco is reached through Nice, followed by a short road or helicopter transfer along the coast. Event weeks such as the Grand Prix in spring and the Monaco Yacht Show each September bring some of the busiest days of the year. Guests often arrive after a long flight and leave after an evening in the Principality, so catering tends to combine a refreshing arrival service with a light, elegant menu for the departure.
Monaco is also home to restaurants guests love to take with them. Global Diners can coordinate restaurant pick-ups, such as Beefbar Monaco; read more in our guide to restaurant pick-up for private jets in Nice.
Èze, Villefranche and the Corniches
Between Nice and Monaco, the three Corniche roads link some of the Riviera's most photographed places: the perched village of Èze with its exotic garden and panoramic views, the deep natural harbour of Villefranche-sur-Mer and the peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Villa stays here are perfectly served by Nice, a short drive away.
For villa guests, catering often extends beyond the flight: a breakfast service before an early departure, a selection of fresh fruit and pastries for the cabin, or a full lunch for families heading home after the summer.

Antibes and Cap d'Antibes
Antibes combines a historic old town, the Picasso Museum in the Château Grimaldi and one of the Mediterranean's best-known yachting harbours, Port Vauban. Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-Pins complete the picture with elegant villas and beaches. Depending on the aircraft and the guests' plans, operators choose Nice or Cannes (LFMD / CEQ), both within easy reach.

Cannes: festivals, congresses and the Croisette
Cannes is the Riviera's great events town. The International Film Festival in May, the Cannes Lions festival in June and a year-round calendar of congresses at the Palais des Festivals bring a steady flow of business aviation. Cannes-Mandelieu suits light and midsize jets close to town, while larger aircraft use Nice. Our article on VIP arrivals at French Riviera airports explains how each airport welcomes international guests.
Event weeks: order early, ideally well ahead of the recommended 24 hours, as the coast is especially busy.
Quick turnarounds: plan the return catering when ordering the arrival service.
Business groups: share dietary requirements for every guest so each item is labelled.
On the Côte d'Azur, the journey and the destination share the same art de vivre: the first glass on board sets the tone for the whole stay.

Saint-Tropez and the Gulf
Saint-Tropez, with its harbour, the beaches of Pampelonne and the hilltop village of Ramatuelle, is the summer heart of the western Riviera. Saint-Tropez La Môle (LFTZ / LTT) is the closest airport, suited to aircraft approved for its short runway, while Toulon-Hyères (LFTH / TLN) offers a larger alternative on the Var coast. Catering at both is coordinated through our kitchens or according to each airport's arrangements.
Planning catering for a Riviera stay
Whatever the destination, a few simple steps keep every arrival and departure on the coast smooth and delicious:
Choose the airport that best fits the destination and the aircraft.
Order catering 24 hours before delivery by email to order@globaldiners.com.
Include aircraft registration, airport, date, delivery time and passenger count.
Share dietary requirements and allergies for every guest and crew member.
Plan the return leg at the same time, especially during event weeks.

Arrival services after a long flight
Guests landing on the Riviera after a transatlantic or Gulf sector appreciate a fresh, Mediterranean touch before arrival: chilled fruit, light salads, sparkling water and a fine coffee. Planning this final service with the outbound order means guests step onto the coast refreshed and ready to enjoy their stay.
Food safety from kitchen to cabin
Every Riviera flight benefits from the same standards. Our kitchens work to HACCP principles, the cold chain is maintained from production to the aircraft, and every item carries allergen labelling. At Nice, planeside delivery keeps the journey from kitchen to galley short and seamless.
VIP Inflight Catering for Events Near Saint-Tropez (LFTZ / LTT)
La Môle is the closest airfield to Saint-Tropez, and almost all of its traffic is seasonal: spring long weekends, the high summer months and the classic yacht regatta in early autumn. Its short runway and demanding approach limit operations to smaller aircraft flown by specially trained crews, and the apron is small, so every slot matters on peak days. Our kitchens selected specifically for private aviation serve the gulf, and local restaurants are fully booked through July and August. Order two to three days ahead in summer, confirm guest numbers early and agree the delivery time with your handler. Chilled rosé-friendly dishes, Provençal salads, seafood, tarte tropézienne and summer fruit suit short Mediterranean hops.
Event | When | Where |
La Bravade | May | Saint-Tropez old town |
Spring long weekends | May | Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle and Gassin |
High summer season | July to August | The Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne |
Festival de Ramatuelle | Early August | Théâtre de Verdure, Ramatuelle |
Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez | Late September to early October | Port of Saint-Tropez and the gulf |
La Bravade at Saint-Tropez (LFTZ / LTT): May
Saint-Tropez honours its patron saint each May with a centuries-old procession of musketeers in traditional dress, salvoes of gunfire and a statue carried through the streets. The festival marks the start of the season in the village, and the first wave of villa owners and visitors arrives around it. Order a day earlier than usual, and ask for local touches such as tapenade, socca or a tarte tropézienne. Restaurant pick-up from a village address can be arranged on request.
Regatta and festival dates in Saint-Tropez move each year and the airfield's hours change with the season, so confirm timings with our team before you order.
Things to do around Saint-Tropez (LFTZ / LTT)
La Môle sits in the hills of the Massif des Maures, a short drive from Saint-Tropez, Cogolin and Cavalaire. The beaches of Pampelonne in Ramatuelle stretch for several kilometres, with beach clubs, water sports and boat moorings. The hilltop villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud offer winding lanes and views over the gulf, and Port Grimaud is a lagoon village of canals and pastel houses. Walkers follow the coastal path round the Cap Camarat, and the Domaine du Rayol garden displays plants from the world's Mediterranean-climate regions. Boat trips around the gulf and to the Porquerolles islands fill summer afternoons.
Culture and heritage near Saint-Tropez (LFTZ / LTT)
Saint-Tropez was a fishing village before painters such as Paul Signac and Henri Matisse discovered its light; the Musée de l'Annonciade holds post-impressionist and fauvist works. The 17th-century Citadel above the port houses a maritime history museum. The village became a symbol of 1950s and 1960s glamour after the film And God Created Woman, and the Musée de la Gendarmerie et du Cinéma recalls its film history.

The Giens peninsula is a short drive from the airport, with salt pans where flamingos gather and a double sand isthmus that faces two different bays. Boats leave from La Tour Fondue for Porquerolles, an island of cycle tracks, pine forests and clear-water beaches, and for Port-Cros, a protected national park with an underwater snorkelling trail. In Toulon, the cable car up Mont Faron gives wide views over the harbour, while boat tours explore the naval roadstead. Along the coast, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Lavandou and the beaches of the Saint-Tropez peninsula offer swimming, sailing and golf.
