Private Jet Catering Paris-CDG (LFPG / CDG), Orly (LFPO / ORY) and Pontoise (LFPT / POX) from Le Bourget
Private jet catering in Paris is not limited to Le Bourget. Business jets also use Paris-CDG (LFPG / CDG) for long-range connections, Paris-Orly (LFPO / ORY) for southern Paris and quick hops across France, and Pontoise (LFPT / POX) for discreet arrivals to the north-west of the capital. Wherever your aircraft is parked around Paris, Global Diners prepares the catering in our own kitchen at Paris Le Bourget (LFPB / LBG), the heart of French business aviation.
Our Paris kitchen is one of the three Global Diners production kitchens, alongside Nice and Madrid, and it serves our full menu every day of the year. This guide explains how we prepare catering for Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Pontoise from Le Bourget, which Parisian dishes passengers ask for most, how to plan around the great Paris event weeks and how to order with one simple email.

One Paris kitchen, four airports
Le Bourget is where our Paris team works, and it is the only Paris airport where we deliver planeside ourselves. For Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Pontoise, the same chefs prepare the same menu in the same kitchen, and our team coordinates the delivery time with your FBO or handler at the airport you use. For crews, the experience is identical: one email, one dedicated quote, one written confirmation.
Airport | Best for | Global Diners catering approach |
Paris Le Bourget (LFPB / LBG) | Business aviation hub north of Paris | Prepared in our own kitchen and delivered planeside by our team |
Paris-CDG (LFPG / CDG) | Long-range jets, VIP airliners, international connections | Prepared at Le Bourget, delivery coordinated with your FBO or handler |
Paris-Orly (LFPO / ORY) | Southern Paris, Left Bank, Versailles and the Loire | Prepared at Le Bourget, delivery coordinated with your FBO or handler |
Pontoise (LFPT / POX) | Discreet arrivals, Val-d'Oise, Normandy routes | Prepared at Le Bourget, delivery coordinated with your FBO or handler |
Because every order starts in the same kitchen, menus stay consistent across all four airports. A family that flies into Pontoise for a weekend and leaves from Le Bourget will find the same quality, the same allergen labelling and the same reheating guidance on both legs.
When Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Pontoise make sense
Charles de Gaulle is the natural choice for VIP airliners and long-range jets connecting with international schedules, or when passengers combine a business jet segment with a commercial one. Orly suits guests staying on the Left Bank, in the southern suburbs, in Versailles or in the Loire Valley, and is popular for short domestic hops to the regions. Pontoise, in the Val-d'Oise, is a smaller airfield with a relaxed atmosphere, appreciated by owners heading to western Paris, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Giverny or the Normandy coast.
Whatever the reason for choosing one of these airports, our kitchen plans the departure time, the route and the packaging so that the food reaches your aircraft fresh and ready for service. For larger cabins at Charles de Gaulle, we also prepare multi-course services with separately packed sauces and clear galley instructions.
The Parisian menu
Paris is the capital of French gastronomy, and our menu reflects it. Passengers flying from any of the four airports can enjoy the classics of the French table, prepared to be served at altitude.
Viennoiseries and bread: croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche and baguettes from Parisian bakeries.
Starters: foie gras with fig chutney, smoked salmon, oeufs mimosa and seasonal velouté.
Main courses: sole meunière, roast chicken with herbs, beef fillet with sauce béarnaise packed separately, and seasonal vegetable dishes.
Cheese: a French cheese board with Comté, Brie de Meaux, Roquefort and goat's cheese.
Desserts: macarons, éclairs, tarte au citron, mille-feuille and Paris-Brest.
Caviar and Champagne: caviar with blinis and crème fraîche, and Champagne subject to local rules.
Halal, kosher and alcohol-free menus are available, and every item carries allergen labelling. Our article on private jet catering in Paris and on the French Riviera gives more ideas, and our guide to private jet catering at Paris Le Bourget covers our home airport in detail.

Four airports around Paris, one kitchen at Le Bourget: the same menu, the same chefs and the same care, wherever the aircraft is parked.
Paris event weeks
Paris has one of the richest event calendars in the world, and each of its great weeks brings business jets to all four airports. Fashion Weeks in January, from late February to March, in June and from late September to October welcome designers, buyers and guests from every continent. Roland-Garros fills late May and early June, the Paris Air Show takes place at Le Bourget in odd-numbered years each June, and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at ParisLongchamp marks the first weekend of October. The Christmas season and the winter sales complete the year.
Event | Typical timing | Menu ideas from Global Diners |
Fashion Weeks | January, late February to March, June, late September to October | Light, elegant trays: salads, sushi-style plates, fruit and macarons |
Roland-Garros | Late May to early June | Garden-party menus: chilled seafood, cold roast chicken, strawberries |
Paris Air Show | June, odd-numbered years, at Le Bourget | Working lunches and crew meals for long show days |
Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe | First weekend of October | Celebration menus with caviar, foie gras and patisserie |
During these weeks we recommend ordering a little earlier than the usual 24 hours and confirming passenger numbers as soon as they are known. Our team then plans each delivery calmly with your FBO or handler, whichever of the four airports you use.
Crew meals around Paris
Crews flying in and out of Paris often stay a night or two. We prepare balanced crew meals with grilled fish or chicken, vegetables, grains and fresh fruit, packed and labelled individually, so each crew member can eat at the right moment of the duty day. Parisian bakery breakfasts are always a favourite for early departures.

Plan these weeks two to three days ahead rather than within the usual 24 hours, especially if a restaurant pick-up from Paris is involved, so our team can plan each transfer calmly. Send passenger and crew numbers early, agree the delivery slot with the handler, and favour menus that keep their quality during a longer transfer, such as chilled canapés, salads and pastries.

Rétromobile at Pontoise (LFPT / POX): Late January to early February
Rétromobile is a major classic-car show in Paris, held alongside high-profile collector-car auctions. Catering for these trips is often about convenience: breakfast boxes, working lunches and a good cold supper for the evening return. Order a couple of days ahead and allow for road time between the exhibition and the Vexin when agreeing delivery with the handler.
Show, race and fashion-week dates vary every year, so it is worth confirming the current timings with our team when ordering.
Things to do around Pontoise (LFPT / POX)
The French Vexin regional nature park surrounds the airfield with farmland, wooded valleys and stone villages ideal for cycling and walking. Auvers-sur-Oise, where Van Gogh spent his final weeks, is a short drive away, as is Pontoise's historic upper town. Golfers will find several courses in the Vexin and around Cergy. The Château de La Roche-Guyon on the Seine, the gardens at Giverny and the Chantilly estate are all within day-trip range, and western Paris and La Défense are reachable by road. Horse-riding centres and walking trails along the Viosne and Sausseron valleys make easy half-day outings.
Culture and heritage near Pontoise (LFPT / POX)
Pontoise was a royal town in the Middle Ages and later drew the Impressionists, especially Camille Pissarro, whose museum stands in the town. Auvers-sur-Oise preserves the inn where Van Gogh lived and the church he painted. The Vexin has numerous Romanesque and Gothic churches, while the Château d'Auvers offers an immersive look at the Impressionist period. Cergy's Axe Majeur, a monumental landscape artwork, is a striking modern landmark.
Also on the Global Diners network: Paris-Orly (LFPO / ORY)
Paris holds some of the world's great museums: the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay for Impressionism, the Centre Pompidou for modern art and the Musée Rodin with its garden. Notre-Dame cathedral reopened in December 2024 after restoration. The Latin Quarter, the Panthéon and Montparnasse reflect centuries of intellectual life, while the Opéra Garnier and Haussmann's wide boulevards show the grandeur of the Second Empire.
Paris dining ranges from traditional bistros and brasseries to many of the world's leading gastronomic restaurants, along with pastry shops, chocolatiers and fromageries in every district. Market streets such as Rue Cler and Rue Mouffetard show how Parisians shop daily. For luxury, Avenue Montaigne and the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré gather the major fashion houses, and the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann are a destination in themselves. Saint-Germain-des-Prés mixes designer boutiques, bookshops and cafés.
