Brazil Agribusiness Circuit: Catering for Goiânia, Campo Grande, Ribeirão Preto and Uberlândia
Brazil agribusiness private jet catering follows a rhythm of its own. A typical week on the circuit can start with a fair in Ribeirão Preto, continue with farm visits around Goiânia, cross the Pantanal plains to Campo Grande and end with meetings in the Triângulo Mineiro around Uberlândia. Four cities, four regional cuisines and long working days in the field: for owners, executives, agronomists and investors, a well-planned meal on each leg becomes part of how the trip runs smoothly.
Global Diners prepares VVIP inflight catering in our own kitchens in Paris, Nice and Madrid and in our kitchens across more than 2,500 airports. In Brazil's agribusiness heartland we serve Goiânia (SBGO / GYN), Campo Grande (SBCG / CGR), Ribeirão Preto (SBRP / RAO) and Uberlândia (SBUL / UDI), with Araxá (SBAX / AAX) close by. This guide looks at the circuit as a whole, leg by leg, and complements our overview of agribusiness flights in Brazil and our guide to our 33 Brazilian airports.

The circuit: four cities at the heart of Brazilian agriculture
Each city on the circuit has its own role. Ribeirão Preto, in the north of São Paulo state, is known for sugarcane, coffee heritage and one of the largest agricultural technology fairs in the world. Goiânia is the capital of Goiás and a centre for grains, cattle and agri-industry. Campo Grande, in Mato Grosso do Sul, combines cattle ranching and soybeans with access to the Pantanal and Bonito. Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro, is a logistics and agri-food hub, with Uberaba and its zebu cattle tradition nearby.
Leg | Typical mission | Global Diners menu idea |
Ribeirão Preto (SBRP / RAO) | Fair visits, sugarcane and coffee meetings | Breakfast boxes, pão de queijo, fresh fruit and strong coffee |
Goiânia (SBGO / GYN) | Grain and cattle visits, cooperative meetings | Galinhada-style chicken and rice, pamonha, tropical fruit |
Campo Grande (SBCG / CGR) | Ranch visits, Pantanal and Bonito extensions | Grilled beef with salads, chipa, sobá-inspired noodle bowls |
Uberlândia (SBUL / UDI) | Logistics and agri-food plants, Uberaba cattle fairs | Mineiro cheese board, doce de leite, roast chicken with vegetables |
Crew on every leg | Long duty days and quick turnarounds | Separate crew meals, labelled, with reheating guidance |
Planning a multi-stop week, leg by leg
The secret of a smooth circuit is to plan the whole week in one request. When our team receives the full itinerary, each leg is prepared with the right format, quantity and timing, and nothing has to be explained twice. A simple structure works well for most trips:
First morning: a generous breakfast on board, with fruit, yoghurt, pastries, pão de queijo and coffee, so the team arrives ready for the first visit.
Midday hops: light, chilled lunches such as salads, wraps and cold meats that can be served in a few minutes between two sites.
Evening legs: a warm main course with reheating guidance, a cheese board and a plated dessert for the flight to the next city or back home.
Long field days: snack boxes with nuts, dried fruit, cereal bars and plenty of water and juices for the drive to the farms.
Crew: separate, balanced meals for each duty day, delivered with the passenger catering.
Our article on multi-city itineraries across Brazil shares more ideas for routes that combine several airports in one week.
Regional flavours along the way
Goiás: pamonha, pequi and empadão
Goiás cooking is generous and full of character. Pamonha, fresh corn cooked in its husk, is eaten sweet or savoury; empadão goiano is a deep pie with chicken, sausage and cheese; and pequi, the golden fruit of the cerrado, gives rice and chicken a perfume found nowhere else. On board, our team prefers easy formats: galinhada-style chicken and rice, mini empadas and corn cakes.
Mato Grosso do Sul: sobá, chipa and Pantanal beef
Campo Grande has a surprising culinary signature: sobá, a noodle soup brought by Okinawan families and now a symbol of the city. Paraguayan influences add chipa, a cheese bread ring, and sopa paraguaia, a savoury corn cake. Beef from the region's ranches is excellent grilled and sliced, and tereré, cold herbal mate, is the local refreshment.
Minas Gerais and the Triângulo: cheese and doce de leite
Around Uberlândia and Araxá, the traditions of Minas Gerais shape the table: pão de queijo, artisanal cheeses from Araxá and the Serra da Canastra, slow-cooked chicken, and doce de leite served with a slice of cheese. A Mineiro cheese board with fruit and preserves is one of the most popular choices for evening legs.
São Paulo interior: coffee country
Ribeirão Preto grew with coffee before sugarcane, and coffee remains a point of pride. A good cafezinho, cakes made with corn or orange, and comforting dishes from the São Paulo countryside complete the circuit.
On an agribusiness circuit, the best menu is the one that respects the day: a solid breakfast before the fields, a light lunch between visits and a proper dinner on the way home.

Fair weeks and the agricultural calendar
The agricultural calendar sets the pace of flights across the circuit. Planning a little earlier than the usual 24 hours keeps the busiest weeks smooth:
Soybean harvest (around January to April): visits to farms and storage sites across Goiás and Mato Grosso do Sul.
Agrishow in Ribeirão Preto (late April to early May): one of the most important agricultural technology fairs, with executives arriving from across Brazil and abroad.
ExpoZebu in Uberaba (late April or May): the great zebu cattle fair of the Triângulo Mineiro, close to Uberlândia.
Expogrande in Campo Grande (April): the agricultural and livestock fair of Mato Grosso do Sul.
Sugarcane and coffee harvest (April to November): steady activity across the São Paulo interior and Minas Gerais.
Our dedicated guides to Goiânia, Campo Grande and Uberlândia and Araxá describe each city's events in more detail.
Galley-ready packing for warm days and short hops
The interior of Brazil is warm for much of the year, and short sectors leave little time in the galley. Our kitchens follow HACCP principles and a careful cold chain from preparation to delivery. Every item is individually portioned in galley-ready trays or sealed, labelled bags, with allergen labels, separately packed sauces and simple reheating guidance. For turboprops and light jets without an oven, our team prepares cold menus that are just as complete.
Halal, kosher and alcohol-free menus are available, as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. Wines and chope are offered subject to local rules, while fresh juices, coconut water and guaraná suit every leg. Restaurant pick-ups in each city can be coordinated on request.
How to order catering for the whole circuit
Email order@globaldiners.com with the aircraft registration, each airport and date, the delivery times and passenger counts, plus dietary needs and crew numbers. Our specialised team prepares a dedicated quote for the whole circuit and confirms every leg in writing, then coordinates delivery with your FBO or handler at each airport. The Global Diners client portal is coming very soon. It is designed to bring the Global Diners menu, order requests, confirmations and documents into one space for crew, operations and finance. Until it opens, every request goes through order@globaldiners.com.

Event Weeks at Uberlândia (SBUL / UDI): Private Jet Catering in the Triângulo Mineiro
The busiest catering weeks at Uberlândia follow the farming calendar more than the tourist one. From January to April the soybean harvest brings traders, buyers and farm owners in and out on full schedules, and late April or May adds the national cattle trade fair in Uberaba. Carnival and the year-end holidays then shift traffic towards leisure trips. Order earlier than the standard 24 hours in these periods, confirm passenger numbers as soon as the itinerary settles, agree a delivery window with your handler and choose formats that hold well, such as boxed meals and chilled platters.
Event | When | Where |
Soybean harvest | January to April | Farms across the Triângulo Mineiro and neighbouring Goiás |
ExpoZebu | Late April or May | Uberaba, Triângulo Mineiro |
Carnival | February or March (varies) | Nationwide; regional departures from Uberlândia |
Festas Juninas | June | Uberlândia and towns across Minas Gerais |
Christmas and New Year holidays | Late December to early January | Nationwide |
Carnival at Uberlândia (SBUL / UDI): February or March (varies)
Brazil's Carnival long weekend sends many Uberlândia families towards the coast, the lakes and the big Carnival cities. Outbound flights cluster on the Friday and Saturday, with returns on Ash Wednesday. Ordering a little earlier than usual keeps the long weekend smooth. Light, colourful menus work well: fresh fruit, tropical juices, finger sandwiches and chilled desserts. If the group wants something festive, celebratory platters and canapés can be prepared on request.
Fair weeks, harvest timing and holiday dates move every year, so please check the current schedule with our team when you order.
Also nearby: Campo Grande (SBCG / CGR)
Campo Grande International Airport serves the capital of Mato Grosso do Sul, a state built on cattle ranching, soybean and maize farming, and more recently large pulp and cellulose mills. Business aviation flights carry ranchers, grain traders, investors and government officials, many continuing to farm strips across the state. The airport is also the main arrival point for two major nature destinations: the southern Pantanal, the world's largest tropical wetland, and Bonito, famous for crystal-clear rivers and caves. The dry season from July to October, the fishing season and the summer holidays bring the most leisure traffic, while agribusiness flights run all year.
The Feira Central is the city's most famous food spot, with sobá stalls, Paraguayan snacks and regional crafts. Steakhouses serve excellent local beef, and restaurants in the Jardim dos Estados and Afonso Pena avenue areas offer regional and international cooking. Shopping centres provide fashion and international brands, while indigenous crafts, ceramics and leather goods are good souvenirs from Mato Grosso do Sul. Tereré cups and yerba mate make a practical gift to take home.

What should I order for short hops between farm visits?
Light, chilled lunches such as salads, wraps, cold meats and fruit are easiest to serve in a few minutes. Keep warm mains for evening legs, with reheating guidance included.
Do you prepare cold menus for aircraft without an oven?
Yes. For turboprops and light jets without an oven, our team prepares complete cold menus, all labelled for allergens and packed for an easy service.
How far ahead should I order during Agrishow week?
We recommend ordering a little earlier than the usual 24 hours during Agrishow in Ribeirão Preto (SBRP / RAO), so our team can confirm the full menu choice for every leg.

Yes. For departures from Uberlândia (SBUL / UDI), freshly baked pão de queijo, Minas cheeses with guava paste, fruit and Cerrado Mineiro coffee can be arranged through our kitchens.
